Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (software, digital downloads, and virtual goods), all sales are final. Once the product is downloaded, accessed, or the license key is delivered, we cannot issue a refund, return, or exchange.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Exceptions
We only consider refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:
1. Double Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice within 24 hours.
2. Technical Issues: If the software is proven to be completely non-functional or corrupted, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days of being notified.
